300 meter swim: Your race starts with a gorgeous dip in the lazy river as you navigate the scenic swim loop sans the jets.
***PLEASE bring your OWN towels. The Resort will NOT have towels available for our SPA GIRL TRI. Thanks for your understanding.***
10 MILE BIKE: You will carefully exit the swim and head over to the Transition Area to hop on your bike for a fun 10 mile ride on this open course roads in and around the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa
2 MILE RUN: Next up, end your race with a tranquil run through the lush grounds of the resort to along their scenic golf course to a fabulous finish on their event lawn, surrounded by a spectacular view.
Event is chip-timed. We will provide the timing chip ankle strap for your LEFT ankle.
For the 2-Person Relay, each participant completes their desired portion of the race. For instance, one swims, the other bikes and runs, or one swims and bikes, the other runs, etc.
For the 3-Person Relay, each person competes one leg of the tri: one swims, one bikes, and one runs.

(YES, friends or family can indeed pick up your packet with a copy of your ID. Emergency Race Day packets can be had from 5:15-5:45AM)
Transition Area Opens: 5AM
Transition Area Closes: 6:20AM
Pre-Race Meeting LAZY RIVER POOL (Start Line Area): 6:30AM
(please join your same colored wristband group)
Start Time at Lazy River: 7:00AM
(Time Trial Start is ONE AT TIME entering the lazy river based up ascending bib numbers according to FASTER swimmers going first)
